This is what I call cheating. The original photo (below, right) is just nasty. Even this isn't great, especially since I think it looks processed (it won't help that I don't really know what I'm doing)
but Iwanted to play with it since it seemed like an amusing photo to me. I don't think I have made it better really - I think it just requires a better photo, which is how I usually feel about processing images. I want to get it right on the camera. Today it wasn't really possible - it was dark, there was minimal lighting and my flash isn't good enough to cope with the distance involved. It's a shame it's not better, but that's pretty much how it goes with photography.
